Role Title
The Growth Marketer at Oath will be responsible for growing our user base through identifying, testing, and scaling channels for member acquisition. This role will work with the marketing and product teams to put Oath in the hands of parents across the US and drive towards north star metrics for the company.
You
- You have demonstrated expertise creating, running, and evaluating new channel tests, including social channels.
- You thrive in the 0-1 phase. You’ve been on the ground floor at an early stage startup where you grew the user base by getting scrappy and inviting each new customer, and got to a tipping point where customers start coming to you.
- You know how to measure early marketing efforts and capture the data most important to learning what's worth doubling down on, and what's not.
- You are creative and scrappy by nature. In whatever you do, you always ask if there is a cheaper, faster, smaller step you could take that would get you the output you need.
- You have an understanding of the online landscape for parents (where they spend time, what kinds of messages resonate, etc.)
